well i haven't made any major changes. just simple stuff like changes in the phrase manager and such. haven't installed any new mods or anything.

i just reverted back to the default skin and same problem. so ... it's not a skin issue. i'm scratching my head on this one. i've checked the permissions like 100 times.

*sigh*

ignore my dumbassness. i had the setting for a time limit for people to edit their posts set to 5 minutes for some unknown reason. it's fixed. sorry for the lame help request.
