On another note....dont make a request for 4 hours worth of work and say you're willing to spend $40. If its not worth the time, you will get little to no response....and the ones that do respond....I wouldn't trust them working on my site because if they accept lowball amounts....they probably have little exp. This doesnt mean offer to spend alot of $$$, but know whats fair, and make fair offers.
