i had vbulletin 3.6.2 and delete it and put up vbulletin 3.6.4 and i whant to move all the post and members to the new forum but i dont know what to select in sql table for vbulletin to move over to the new version ?? can someone help me and also move attachment plz help

on other words i need to move all my threads and post and all my members and all of the pictures to that was posted nothing more what tables should i be looking for to change plz tell me
