vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Attachment clicking

Hello,
This may sound noobish but where is the configuration for the attachment view method ? Maybe i'm blind coz i didn't see anything related to this in admincp.
When i click images attached it opens _parent and i would like it _blank ( like ...here at vb.org

Admin CP -> Attachments -> Attachment Manager -> Edit -> Open this attachment in a new browser window? -> Yes
