That default reputation on the top bar is really hard to find and not obvious to people.

How do you make it so that their profile information shows up on the LEFT with their sign up date on the LEFT and the reputation points on the LEFT.

HOw do you make it so that the reputation points can be given from clicking on the LEFT side where you just click on their reputation # and can approve?
