Similar enough to not be noticable to the naked eye without a color picker. The container graphics are very similar as well as the forum markers.

No, it's not, but I would suggest talking to your designer about his obligation to not walk the thin line of rights violations when he sells unique rights to a design then reproduces it in such a similar fashion...especially if you are going to be mass marketing them.

Just a side note...I'm not trying to bash you or Dwight. His work is awesome and I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors...but I do vigorously protect my brand
