Like

"Medical Informations" (Category)

Field9 (custom profile field)
Field11 (custom profile field)
Field13 (custom profile field)
Field14 (custom profile field)

There could be for example a drop down list of available categories when creating a new profile field.

With Category I mean something like "Foruminformations", "Additional Informations", "Group Memberships"
Only the new Category(s) should go below the others and span both columns so that there is more space for long text informations.

I want the new category be like the image Category at the bottom at the same place at the image category is now.
