Don't use a javascript rotator, it'll fail if the user doesn't have javascript enabled and they'll only see one image from each rotation (or none at all, depends on how it's coded). Well, you can do that but a php rotator will be preferable if you can do it since it's guaranteed to work for everyone. A listing of everything would be even easier, you'd basically have to do that before you could do the rotation.

Forum passwords are built into the vBulletin software as standard, you can set it in Forum Settings for each forum.

BTW, why not give your site a nice makeover? I don't mean this to be offensive, but the design is not doing your content justice.
