vb.org Archive - View Single Post - hundreds of dead links?

A couple months ago I moved a forum to a new host and domain. In the process I dropped Photopost which the previous owner had running on that former host. Now Google is reporting hundreds of dead 404 (not found) links. All the links are reported to be under [mydomainname]/forum/photopost/ yet I don't have a photopost directory. Could I simply create a /photopost directory and then place a .htaccess file there to close the loop?

Otherwise, is there a way to search my forum and globally delete/alter these links?
