I hope I'm posting in the the correct forum. Forgive me if I need to be somewhere else! LOL!

How do I go about inserting some of the NEW USER REGISTRATION data into a seperate database on my site?

e.g: Site visitor opts to register for the forum, upon submitting, some of the data gets inserted into another newsletter script database.

Why?

Some of my visitors do not want to register for the forum, yet they want the NEWSLETTER. So, instead of making the NEW USERS register twice for two different scripts, they only have to do it once!

Please help!?
