I was actually thinking about something like this a couple of days ago, glad someone else was too..

However...

We need this fixed please:

Uncached templates: referral_list (1)
Uncached templates: referral_list_bits (1)

Also when the list pops up, we need the links to the users listed to open in a new window, instead of the small popup.

I am sure it's a simple fix, but i think these two items might be a good place to start on the next version.
