Vbulletin members section like vbulletin customers and have the usernames and passwords automatically generated when someone subscribes through paypal.

Basically have it so they can access a subscribers only download section at a subdomain like members.vbulletin.com site. When their subscription expires they are unable to reach download links(using tokens so they can only be used once) and are prompted to resubscribe to gain access again.
