Default HTML setting per user/group?
I know I can turn HTML on or off per forum, but is there any way to "bless" a particular user or group with the right to use HTML? I'd like to let folks who are skilled and vetted to have extra powers in this area, primarily so they can do things for others. Anyone know if this is possible?
