FTP !! Unless you acquaint yourself with an application to upload new images etc., you are going to run into difficulties. You can not do what your require from within the ACP. You must also use FTP or some other method like directly within your hosting account (CPanel - File manager)

I don't know what FTP is though. This seems like the most complicated thing...

You have no idea how much time I've spent into this so far. If someone were to say "just go here", I would do it. But this is like so freakin complicated. I've probably spend 4 hours on the logo/close button issue alone. Which is why I thought I'd get someone who knows what they're doing to take some anxiety off me by doing this probably in less than a few minutes
