The point is to make researching feedback on potential business transactions more realistic for the
customers of vbulletin here. Going through service request posts and trying to determine feedback on a particular individual is ridiculous, if not impossible, Marco. The org needs to either get it's act together on this or close down the service request forum...or vbulletin needs to set it up on their site and manage it properly. This "washing of hands" of these and many other issues that constantly goes on here is pathetic for a company the size of vbulletin. This is just another very good justification for the long promised and probably never to be delivered Commercial Providers Directory.
