I would like to have such mods for my forum. It seems to me that these mods are already here, at least the first two, but I'm not able to find them

[S]1 - I would like that VB send a PM automatically (set by me in the admin section) after a user register.[/S]

2 - I would like that a user, jus after he's registered, could post the first message in a specific forum (a presentation forum in my case) so everyone has to introduce itself before start posting questions?

3 - In my forum every members must have the avatar showing his face. What I do now is manually check and ban every user that has posted over 5 messages. I would like to have a system that periodically check all the new users to see if thay have a custom avatar and have over 5 messages. In that case the system must ban them.
