I have a program I installed on my server and after the installation it asked me to remove the installer and login, now when I login it says "authorized failed"

If anyone would like to help me all they have to do is create a database and install tplleaguestats, if it lets you login then I know it's a problem with my ISP. (takes less than 5 mins to install)

You can delete it afterwards.
