http://www.hubmed.org has an excellent RSS feed
You type in a keyword / then hit search.
You then have the ability to click and copy the RSS feed for that query.
It will then download only the new articles for your search query.
This is all done automatically through the site. There is no manual changing of the feed during any addition related to your original query.

I'm guessing this could be done with reguards to the forums?
Also if there could be a way to just draw from just a certain forum. or category?
