I'm on the middle package with www.burnouthosting.co.uk

They are pretty reliable, and I've only been down once for about an hour due to a hosting related issue which they had actually told be would be happening.

The only thing is that support isn't the fastest, but when they do get back to you (normally within 24 hours) they always get the problem fixed first time.
