Of course, but don't you think these enhancements would be nice?

1. create an extra welcome message for coppa to separate it from unconfirmed user.

2. create welcome headers for answering questions in Edit Profile, and for other user groups one might create, and for Infraction groups (temporary infractions don't put the person in that group, so they would have to be identified some other way).

If this is something you were not interested in programming further, can you tell us how we would do it? How do you create welcome headers if a person answers a question in Edit profile a certain way?
