And to be honest, you should refund all of the money (Since I've already had your buggy product removed entirely from my site, and it took my comments on this thread to even get you to post a reply to my issues), but if the installation money is all you're shamed into refunding...so be it.

If you refund all of it, I'll be happy to post that update here on the boards. Like HellRazor said, it would show a good faith effort on your part to make things 'right'.

In the meantime, people reading this thread can make their own determination about whether or not you are a scammer, and whether or not to do business with you.

Hopefully the vB.org staff is also looking at how you conduct your business, and will make a determination as to whether or not you will be allowed to continue taking money from members.
