Well, there is yet another big problem for a forum with more then 500,000 threads tags are generated fine but !
The tags page takes more then 40+ seconds to load on a dedicated server, test this please here:

While I am trying to delete this tags TAGS tables are copied to tmp table on server and then the process continues, meanwhile all rest operations on database are locked
