Thats no good realy how about this..

There is a report post button, user leaves a comment as usual then in the navbar underneath Private Messages it says - Post Reports: 29

etc..

Then when you click on it it is like a bug report system where you can add notes which is viewable by the person who reported it and the person can reply to the notes/add noted etc

Then the mod/admin can close the case or whatever

Its abit like a ticked system

But can you do this

(some of the features are similar to the one in the thread i posted above, but this one would be 3.6.X and im also requesting the user gets a PM whenever the ticked is updated etc)
