Require X no. of posts or buy subscriptions before a user can view forum threads

If I am sure, this is already released, but I am unable to find the same..

I need 2 hacks (or maybe 1)
For forum 1 if a user has made 5 threads and 10 posts he should be able to view threads in that forum.

for forum 2 if a user has bought subscriptions he should be able to view threads.

All the threads in forums should be visible but should not be able to view actual thread contents.
