Yeah - it needs a bit of work = custom graphics --- no doubt --- The header needs improvement... I would drop the huge schpiel (sp?) about what the internet is... Also put up some Welcome headers to entice visitors...

Personally - I would remove all of those adsense ads - unless you ONLY want visitors to click out of there LOL - Could be a good business move - who knows???

Anyway - I'd work on polishing the forum up - possibly your own customized skin, new forum icons, etc...
