This has been brought up before, but I thought I would suggest it again

Many sites that have coders for hire have a way for clients to pay an account the money then the coder to take it, provide the code, and then receive the money after the client agrees to it, almost like a middle man. I think that would help this site out alot. This and possibly a "feedback" system could make hiring a coder easier and prevent people from getting ripped off.
