Well you've ENABLED the "thank you" option, that's why the hacks asks for a non existing table in the database.
(you're db error should ask for post_thanks table)
disable this option in ACP to get rid of this error.

Or even better: install the post_thanks hack (announced in first post, you should have read) that way you will also find the thank-you-button you've asked for
