FIRST OFF, Love this HACK!

I have two problems and one question.

Problems are the gradiant is missing as seen in the attachment, I would also like to remove the nav bar also in the picture. I have no need for it in the groups how can I fix these?

Question:

Pictures, how many can I have? these aer the ones in the groups that rotate at the top.
Can I use a custom image for each group?
Can I use HTML or BB CODE in the group description?
Indexing, groups is that possibale?
