Whats the problem?
Have you followed these steps?
1. Upload all the files from the "files" directory in this zip into your forums directory.
2. Import product-v3arcade.xml as a product. (Via "Plugin System" > "Manage Products" > "Add/Import Product" in your Admin CP.)
3. Edit templates as instructed below.

And if you have, do you get any error message?
