Hey

I've got a problem with my forums, well besides it being dead lol. Often people or bots will just register and drop a lot of links in a topic, I ban them and delete the topic. Ban the IP and emails but they still seem to be coming. I was wondering if there is a way to stop new users posting html until they reach something like 10-20 posts?
