Question please.

The chat on my vBulletin 3.6x stopped working after the rebranding of the product from sigma to addon.

I tried to tweak a few config settings at the suggestion of members here but no joy.

Do I need to un-install the sigmachat plug-in first... and then install this plugin?

or is this plugin supposed to be run as an upgrade to the sigma chat plugin,
