I just don't understand your problem not even yet..

You'd clerared postcache and what code was gone then? only the parsing from the hide tag (what seems to be somewhat very unusual because it is not stored in postparsed table) or all the other html of all other tags and only hide tags are parsed or is none of the text parsed at all and all bbcodes are simply shown as such?
for example, you'd best take a screenshot (simply push the print-button on your keyboard and then paste to any imageeditor)

And I still don't understand why you think this relys on my hack and not on any other or any setting you've made in vb itself, or even a bug or something.
I've tried to reproduce your error and cleared my postcache, and as soon as i reload my page all bbcodes are perfectly show up in full html incl. the hide-hack. (reload.. not resave)
Do me a favour and fully uninstall (not only disable) my hide hack and clear postcache again to see what's happening, and if there is any difference then (well except unparsed hide-tags of course) let me know.
Otherwise please try the same with every installed hack, to see what hack is causing this error and ask the one who is responsible.
If you have uninstalled every hack and still have this error, please ask at vbulletin.com
