modification idea:
- when a user register, there must be a country field "drop down", no registration with no country selection.
- when a country is selected, only forums related to this country are appearing.
- there are general forum sections, where users from different countries can participate in, they appear to everyone, even unregistered users.

so, can anyone please do something like that?
