Some forums need more than one moderator. Moderating forums is hard work at times and moderators have to read a lot and then PM people to calm down.

It would be effective if a team of moderators could flag a thread to show they've reviewed it up till post X. This would prevent that the 2nd moderator is spending time to read it again while he could better review another topic.

So, basically it needs a flag for the topics in forumview, only visible by staff, and something like a bookmark in the topic to show which was the latest reviewed post (ALT tag/mouseover topictitle). I'm not too keen to alter the post table, as it's huge, but everything could be stored in the thread table. A field for reviewed flag, a field for the moderators name and one for the number of the latest reviewed post.

Perhaps a link in posts (postbit template) that moderator can click on and then the script updates the thread record with reviewed, moderator name and # of the post (not the database number, but the xth post in said topic).
