The payment system (paypal) is still online, so you could pay the designer vbmechanic.com and then download the styles on jotin.nl/forum/ as the owner of vbMechanic.com is not responding also not after paying or contact via PayPal.

Ofcourse this might require a lot of work, but I just needed the background from the skin for www.gdefinition.com an online dictionairy with photos.
