All the scores, highscores ect. do not affect forum-directory as they are stored in database. So if you convert from v3arcade to ibProArcade the database gets adapted so that all existing entries fit for ibProArcade, nothing more.

Just convert the database (using the converter), setup another forum in another directory, install ibProArcade there, use this database-backup or import it there, and you're done
