I thought I'd give a quick update on the progress we're making with automatically pulling the header and footer. As to be honest I'm rather excited because it makes everything look much cleaner when going from forum to profile. The below screenshots are from a page where everything is at a static 800 pixel width (thus the 2nd row of pages).

We still have some work to do to get the navbar working as desired. And because of this new code, you're able to now set fixed widths via the vbulletin style options. But that breaks a few things with our style editor so we need to figure that out. Overall, progress has been fantastic though. And it's all thanks to the feedback you folks have provided.
