If there isnt any important data on your new database, simply upgrade your old one to 3.6.3.

There isnt any beneift of selecting tables to export over other ones. But if you have PhpMyAdmin it can easily be done using their standard export feature, simply select the table you want exported.

Then go into your new database and import that file it gives. This is probably the easiest way
