I must be extremely blind.. but were the heck is the vBShout v2.1 thread!?

because I was gonna post this question: "I want my vbshout 2.1 to only show in CERTAIN FORUMS"..

The staff area......... because it seems as if vbshout (shoutbox) kills the activity in some sorts as everyone SWARMS the shoutbox instead of the rest of the site....

So.. my question again is... how to make it appear in forums u want it...
