Trying to put in the template change in the navbar

The following error occurred when attempting to evaluate this template:

This is likely caused by a malformed conditional statement. It is highly recommended that you fix this error before continuing, but you may continue as-is if you wish.

Can anyone tell me why this might be wrong, it has worked fine in other styles I have done just not this new one
