the small white ones belong to the post_thank_you hack announced in first post

the others (bigger and blue) are shown by the language set (marked as img_) you have problems to install

So if you want to have the small ones, install the post_thank_you hack,
and if you're talking about the blue-ones do as lolo? told you to do
