If you use vBulletin 3.5.x or 3.6.x there is a PlugIn that automatically extends the index.php to take the score and hand it over to the Arcade.
If you have vBulletin 3.0.x there is adaption to index.php included in the installation-instructions

So if you install ibProArcade correctly, it is no problem that games do submit their score to index.php
