Besides you would have to wait an hour before you can use a title. Well you know how cron jobs are and all.

You'd have to wait 15ish min at the most if you're really wanting it to be updated that often. And you'd onlu possibly wait 15 min IF you JUST BARELY missed the cron. More than likely 5-10 min.,
