I'm looking for a hack which allow to modified Vb polls to allow this question.
Current polls only will show "Are You Male or Female?" instead it will say "UserName Are You Male or Female?"

I seen this hack on one of VB forum and wondering if this hack exists. Try on search without any luck. So any help would be gladly appreciated.
