That's the crux of what needs to be changed. I have done it, but it's a pain!

You have to basically go through all the php files and find all instances of
arcade.php

and change them to
ibproarcade.php

then find all instances of
arcade/

and change them to
ibproarcade/

In a nutshell, that will do it, but it's a lot more work than it sounds. And don't just search and replace the word "arcade" as that will bugger things up.

Also you then have the issue that any ibp games that have gamedata folders need to have those folders in the v3arcade /arcade/ folder, not the newly-renamed /ibproarcade/ one! This is because the flash games generally look in /arcade/ not /ibproarcade/.

Once up and running, you can no longer run ibp games on v3 due to a conflict in the score sending, you would have to keep games to their "native" arcades.

Basically there's quite a bit of trial and error involved. But my own site proves it can be done.
