That is just for the header ....you should have another script some where work with Journals drop down .

If you use vb 3.6.2 ...then you have to add to header and Nav bar .

If you use vb 3.5.4 it's all right in that nav template .

Like I said ...I don't have Vbseo ...so I don't know exactly where all the template ....but if you use Vbulletin ...I know where they at .

This mod only for Vbulletin ...so that why it's doesn't work on your site ...in order to fix that ...you have to ask some one who use Vbseo .
