My host is kicking up and de-activated my account.

They say I have been hacked and sent me the following from the log file.

I have deleted flash chat, its directories and the database tables.

Any help on this subject would be of great help as my website raises funds for British Servicemen and Womens charities both past and present.

I deleted the above files but the host de-activated my account again today saying teh script was re-installed. However, after checking the FTP directories nothing is there.
