Hello,

I am looking for a way to force my community's members to make X posts before are able to start a new thread under a certain forum (ex. Offers forum).

Every time a member start a new thread under the Offers forum he/she will be require to make X posts in any other forum except the Offers forum in order to be able to start another thread in the certain forum.

Any help would be great.
