Great tool....I like it very much.

2 issues want to ask all the expert here:
1) How to reduce the space on top of the welcome header box? You can see my forum page to get the idea. The gap on top is very obvious, I just want to reduce it to one line space.

2) If I want to turn on the global annoucement, how do I put the setting to auto display the latest annoucement? Has anyone done this hack so that we dont need to post 2 times.

I will vote this for mod of the month.. definitely.
