I thought this was a pretty good idea and the hack will be greatly appreciated by many. Topics with zero replies are not a good thing to have so this is very usefull for admins and members.

The bump doesn't need a post, it just needs to bring it back to the top and in the 'new topics' list so members will see it and hopefully reply.
